Standard Up Front Fees To Expect.

(Costs prior to closing)

1. **Escrow- usually 1% of the purchase price. For example on a $100,000 - $150,000 home escrow would be $1,000.

2. **Option fee- usually $100.

3. Appraisal Fee- usually $350 to 450

4. Home inspection-  usually $250 to $350.

5. Termite inspections- usually $50 to $75

6. Pool Inspection- if  pool is present  $100 to $200.

** These fees will be applied to your funds to close.
